Original cartridges are cleaned, tested, and refilled for reuse. Damaged cartridges undergo environmentally friendly processing, whereby metals and plastics are reused. This allows us to reduce waste and extend the lifespan of printing materials.
Because we aim for maximum reuse, we primarily collect refillable types. The list of refillable cartridges shows which references are eligible.
Peripheral equipment such as monitors, printers, cables and hard drives are also processed correctly and sustainably at Brainscape. Working devices are reused or repaired, and anything that can no longer be used is recycled with maximum material recovery.
