How does it work?

Step 1: Registrer

Register your corporation, school or organisation online or contact us: +32 (0)3 354 23 23.
We supply the recycling container (or more than one) and the necessary promotional materials.

Step 2: My recycle box or my roller container is full

• My recycle box is full
  
  Once your container is full, submit a simple request to have it collected and replaced by a new one.
  Minimum: 35 recyclable cartridges.
  For less than 35 pieces, 45 Euro inclusive will be charged.
  
  
• My roller container is full
  
  When a roller container is full it is collected and replaced by a new one on request.
  

Step 3: Testing and Cleaning

• All appliances are screened for possible re-use.
• Appliances coming into consideration for re-use are tested for functionality, cleaned, provided with a test report and packed for forwarding.
• Appliances that are no longer suitable for re-use (not working, damaged or too old) have their hazardous substances removed and are recycled to form secondary raw materials to the extent possible.

Step 4: Do I receive a payment?

• For mobile phones and cartridges there is only a payment to DWB.
• For all other electrical appliances suitable for re-use after testing and cleaning we pay 0,25 Euro/Kg.
• We send you a request to send your invoice for the relative payment. You recieve our invoice ( 0,295 Euro/kg) for the recling of the not reusable equipment.
